Introduce IEC to the cohort, raise its visibility, and connect students with the people who lead change inside industry.

Corporate innovation rarely stalls for lack of ideas. It stalls in the gap between strategy and delivery, where a transformation programme meets legacy systems, competing priorities, and the ordinary work of running a business. This flagship session looks straight at that gap. We are less interested in what leaders achieved than in how they did it: who resisted, what failed the first time, and how they brought people along. Speakers walk through real change efforts inside established Hong Kong enterprises, covering digital transformation, customer experience, and operational change, and the seminar is followed by open networking so questions from the floor can carry into longer conversations. The evening also marks IEC's public start to the year, a chance for the wider cohort to see what the club does. Speakers are being confirmed. The sectors we hope to represent are listed below.
